A strong gust of wind powered through Groveport on the afternoon of April 30 damaging and uprooting several trees in town. The wind ripped two large branches from a tree in the front lawn of Groveport Madison Middle School Central (above and directly below) as well as breaking many branches of a tree at West and Main streets (bottom). The powerful gust of wind also uprooted two, large, old trees located in the lawn of a home at College Street and Naomi Court.
