BR’s fall theatre production
Bishop Ready High School’s fall theatre production of Neil Simon’s “Fools” will take to the stage on Oct. 19 at 7 p.m.; Oct. 20 at 2 p.m.; Oct. 21 at 2 and 7 p.m. The production will take place at Bishop Ready High School, Salisbury Road at Mound Street, on the Westside. Cost will be $8 for adults; $7 for those 65 of age and over; $6 for students; children 5 years of age and under will be admitted free. Ample free parking is available at the school. PUMC Baked Steak Dinner
Parkview United Methodist Church, 344 S. Algonquin Ave., will have their annual Baked Steak Dinner on Friday, Oct. 19. Serving times are 4-5:30 p.m. and 5:30-7 p.m.

FHHS Band Bazaar
Franklin Heights High School Band Boosters will hold its annual Holiday Crafts Bazaar Dec. 1, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., at Franklin Heights High School, 1001 Demorest Road.
Crafters of all kinds are needed to set up tables and sell their wares. Tables are $25 each, plus a charge of $2 if electricity is needed. Reserve your space today by calling Deb Kakos at 275-4480.
The craft bazaar is an annual fundraiser for the Franklin Heights High School Marching Band and is sponsored by the Band Boosters. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Franklin Heights Marching Band.
Daughters of the American Revolution
The next meeting of the Ann Simpson Davis Chapter, Daughters of the American Revolution, will be held on Oct. 13. It will be held at Salvis Bistro, 1323 St. James Lutheran Lane, in Hilliard.
