Groveport Madison High School will present the musical "Hello Dolly" on April 17, 18, and 19 at 7:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium. "We saw a performance of ‘Hello Dolly’ at Otterbein last year and we just fell in love with it. The sets are fun and the costumes are extravagant," said student assistant director Claire Landuyt. She said working with the large cast of 39 is a challenge, but that it has been a great experience. Director and advisor Doug Benoit said "Hello Dolly" is "a big show with lots of good roles and nice ensemble music." Pictured here, from left to right, are actors Nick Parker, Tia Horn (in the lead role as Dolly), Brian Sledge, Allison Reynolds, Nicole Fuller, and Quinton Jones. Tickets – which can be obtained in advance at Go Groveport, 607 Main St. and at the high school – are $10 for special reserve seats, $8 for adults, and $7 for students and seniors. |
