Charles Farmer

Occupation: Construction, Robert Fry & Associates.

Previous experience in public office: None.

Education/military experience: West Jefferson 1990. Tolles Tech 1990.

Community activities/honors: Relay For Life team member and captain for the past 10 years.

What would you like to accomplish if elected? If elected, I would bring new energy and ideas to the position, and also maintain the standards of the township.

Wayne Holland

7100 St. Rt. 56 SE, London

Occupation: Self-employed contractor, owner of Holland Builders.

Previous experience in public office: Have served three terms, Oak Run Township trustee.

Education/military experience: Graduate of Madison Plains High School. Graduate of Southeast Career Center (4 years).

Community activities/honors: Coach/umpire T-ball/softball, five years. Sponsor youth basketball/softball, six years. Co-organize/coach Madison Plains youth basketball, seven years. Member of: (London) Kiwanis, Aerie 950 Fraternal Order of Eagles, Country Club; (Madison County) Chamber of Commerce, Farm Bureau; Madison Plains District Outdoor Facilities Committee, Golden Eagle Complex Renovation Committee Inc. Trustee involvement includes: (Madison County) Regional Planning Commission, Building Appeals Board, Health Department Advisory Board, Emergency Management Information System, Township Trustee Association (two years president); State Capital Improvement Program.

What would you like to accomplish if elected? If re-elected, I will strive to maintain the current level of communication between the county and townships. Sustain the cooperation of daily maintenance and completion of current township projects. Assist in progressing with the new Central Townships Joint Fire District to protect not only Oak Run Township, but all townships to the fullest degree possible. I will also be available to address any needs or concerns of the Oak Run Township residents.
