Previous experience in public office: Councilman and mayor in the 1960s and 1970s in West Jefferson. A councilman in 2006 and 2007 in London.
Education/military experience: High school. Franklin University and Columbus State.
Community activities/honors: Masonic, past master, Madison Lodge, West Jefferson.
What would you like to accomplish if elected? Hope to extend Keny Boulevard over to State Route 38 and State Route 56 to relieve traffic off of Lafayette Street. Make a lefthand lane at East and West High Street onto North and South Main Street.
James Keen

Education/military experience: B.S. in agriculture from The Ohio State University. Served three years in the Army during World War II.
Community activities/honors: Present member of the Board of the Madison County Historical Society. Present member of the Board of Artists of Madison County. Past member of t he Board of the Madison County Hospital.
What would you like to accomplish if elected? If elected, my thrust in every event will be that which is in the best interest of all citizens of London. My experience in farm management and farm ownership should serve me well. We live in London by choice and sincerely appreciate the rich heritage of the community. I will strive to preserve this legacy and ensure that our town has a healthy and prosperous future.
