High society descended upon First United Methodist Church in Mount Sterling Feb. 11 to support the Friends of the Library’s 6th Annual Victorian Sweetheart Tea. Proceeds from the popular event help Mount Sterling Public Library to fund programs and cover expenses such as insurance for the bookmobile.
