The South-Western City School District will be holding summer registration for all elementary, intermediate, middle and high school students new to the district. Students must be registered prior to attending classes in any SWCS location.
Registration will run through Aug. 21 at Central Crossing High School, 4500 Big Run South Road in Grove City. Enrollment times are Mondays through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Bilingual assistants will be available to assist parents/guardians who may have language challenges when enrolling their children in school.
Parents or legal guardians must present the following documents in order to enroll their child(ren) in district:
•Lease, deed, or two current utility bills (gas, water, home phone, electric) in the parent/guardian’s name.
•The student’s original birth certificate, hospital certificate, or baptismal certificate.
In the case of divorce or change of custody, a court document signed by a judge awarding custody to the parent/guardian who is registering the child.
•The student’s immunization records.
If the student is new to the United States, proof of a negative tuberculosis (TB) test.
