Wednesday, June 18

Noon-4 p.m.        Junior and  Miss interviews at Huntington Bank

3 p.m.                Stage practice  for Shortcake, Little, Young/Prince, Junior, Miss Shortcake contestants

3:30 p.m.            Modeling  contest

4 p.m.                All vendors open

4-4:30 p.m.         Check-in at info booth for art show and contests for largest homegrown strawberry, toy building, shoebox float, window decorating, story and poetry, coloring

4:30 p.m.            Check-in at info booth for cake and cookie decorating and strawberry food contests

5 p.m.                 Food, cake and cookie judging

                          Opening  Ceremony on Time Warner Main Stage

                          Parade  line-up; pet, bike, wagon, unit judging

6                        Community parade followed by parade and food awards

8:15 p.m.            Phil Dirt and the Dozers on main stage

10:30 p.m.          Festival closes


Thursday, June 19

Noon                  Festival opens

2 p.m.                All vendors open

4 p.m.                Emily Dale on main stage

6 p.m.                Mr. &  Miss Shortcake contest

7 p.m.                Little, Young, Junior and Miss royalty contests

7:30 p.m.           Kiddie Tractor Pull at Advantage Bank    

10:30 p.m.         Festival closes

Friday, June 20

Noon                Festival and all vendors open

4:30 p.m.          The Coldshot on main stage

5 p.m.              Kids’ contests at Cowling Park

                       Hoop Shoot contest at Cowling Park

6:15 p.m.         The Posse on main stage

9 p.m.              T. Graham Brown, main stage

                       Movie at Cowling Park

11 p.m.            Festival closes


Saturday, June 21

6:30-8 a.m.       Strawberry Bike Tour kickoff

9 a.m.              Baby contest

                       All vendors open

9 a.m.- 3 p.m.   London AC COBRA Car Show by courthouse

10 a.m.-2 p.m.  Young Eagle plane rides at Madison County Airport

Noon                Lookin’ South on main stage

1:30-3:30 p.m.   Queens’ luncheon

Noon-4 p.m.      Corn hole tournament at Advantage Bank

3 p.m.              State Street on main stage

4 p.m.              Parade line-up at Cowling

5 p.m.              Queens parade followed by festival introductions and crowning of 2008 queen

8 p.m.              The British Invasion

11 p.m.            Festival closes for 2008
