West Jefferson graduate Logan Stepp a senior quarterback for Otterbein University, passed for 203 yards and ran for 135 yards in the Cardinals’ 48-14 win over Marietta on Nov. 11. He threw three touchdowns and ran for two more. Stepp became the first Ohio Athletic Conference (OAC) player to pass for more than 2,000 yards and rush for more than 1,000 yards in the same regular season. He also was named OAC player of the week for his performance against Marietta.
