The 66th Annual Miami Valley Steam Threshers Association Show and Reunion will take place July 16-19 at Pastime Park. located on U.S. Route 42 on the north side of Plain City. The show’s main entrance is at the park’s north gate.

General admission is $5 at the gate. Camping is available on a first come, first served basis. On Thursday, admission for senior citizens is $2. Children 12 and younger are admitted free with an adult. An annual membership in the association is $15 and comes with two show passes.

All gas engines and tractors are wel-come. This year’s featured maker is Massey Ferguson Harris. Daily activities include: displays of steam engines, antique tractors, gas engines, model engines and hit-n-miss engines; shingle mill, sawmill, veneer mill, drag saw, threshing, baling and blacksmith shop demonstrations; Baker fans, Ashcraft fans and Prony brake; and children’s activities.

Thursday, July 16

10 a.m.—Opening ceremonies

11 a.m.—Ohio Ag Net

11 a.m.—Shingle and veneer mills periodically until noon

11 a.m.—Tractor games

1:15 p.m.—Shingle and veneer mills

3—Wheat threshing

Friday, July 17

10 a.m.—Opening ceremonies and flag raising

10 a.m.—Shingle and veneer mills periodically until noon

11 a.m.—Wheat threshing

1 p.m.—Wheat threshing

1:30 p.m.—Shingle and veneer mills, periodically

1:30 p.m.—Children’s games

3 p.m.—Wheat threshing

6 p.m.—Grande Parade downtown

7 p.m. Horse pulls with Buckeye Pullers

8 p.m. Ohio Village Muffins vs. Plain City Baseball Association coaches

Saturday, July 18

10 a.m.—Opening ceremonies and flag raising

10 a.m.—MVSTA fun pull, $10 hook fee

10 a.m.—Shingle and veneer mills, periodically until noon

11 a.m.—Wheat threshing

1 p.m.—Cornhole tournament

1 p.m.—Wheat threshing

1:30 p.m.—Shingle and veneer mills, periodically

1:30 p.m.—Children’s games

3 p.m.—Wheat threshing

Sunday, July 19

8 a.m.—Church services

10 a.m.—Opening ceremonies and flag raising

10 a.m.—Shingle and veneer mills, periodically until noon

10 a.m.—OSATPA tractor pull

1 p.m.—Wheat threshing

2 p.m.—Kiddie tractor pull.
