| Members of Boy Scout Troop 71 of Groveport conducted a flag retirement ceremony in Groveport Park on May 4. Worn out, faded, and tattered American flags were retired in a ceremonial fire. The next flag retirement ceremony will be held Oct. 4 at 4:30 p.m. in Groveport Park. The public is invited to bring any flag of the United States that needs to be properly retired.
