Shekinah Christian School is hosting its 2nd Annual Fall Celebration on Oct. 28, 2-5 p.m., at the school, 10040 Lafayette Plain City Rd., Plain City.

The public is invited to attend. Admission is $7 per child and $5 per adult. A visit to the pumpkin patch is included in the price of admission. There is a limit of one pumpkin per person. A decorating station will be available.

Other activities include inflatable axe throwing, a football toss, facepainting, and a bounce house. Student-led bands will perform live music throughout the afternoon. Homemade desserts and snacks will be available for purchase, as will Rocky Mountain Coffee.

New this year is a Jeep cruise-in. Visitors are invited to “duck” their favorite entries by placing a rubber duck on them. The Jeep with the most ducks will win a gift card package valued at $125 from The Red Hen, Pioneer Pizza, The Grainery, and Yutzy’s Farm Market. There is no entry fee to enter a vehicle in the cruise-in.

The Fall Celebration serves as a fundraiser to help offset costs of the junior high’s Washington D.C. trip and leadership retreat.
