The Seton Senior Super Trooper Singers get together every Thursday morning to “make a joyful noise.”

They performed their first concert in June for fellow residents at the Seton complex in London. The show featured familiar tunes, from sing-alongs to patriotic numbers, as well as an original song created by one of the members, Edie Timmons, to pay tribute to U.S. troops.

The group includes: (from left) Diane Adams, Midgie Seipel, Mildred Lindsey, Doris Rogers, Nancy Sparks and Edie Timmons. Their accompanist is Karen Cooper.

They are considering taking their show on the road to senior centers, nursing homes, and retirement facilities. Anyone is welcome to join them on Thursday mornings for community sings. Seton is located at 350 Cambridge Drive.
