Girl Scout Troop 1234 created the winning scarecrow in Groveport Town Hall’s annual scarecrow contest. Troop 1234’s entry was a scarecrow depicting George Washington. The second place finisher was First Service Federal Credit Union’s “Harvest Hank” scarecrow. The third place finisher was Girl Scout Troop 6650’s blue jean clad scarecrow.
