Santa Claus to visit Blacklick Estates

The Madison Township Police will host the sixth annual Santa Parade on Nov. 16 at 1:30 p.m. in Blacklick Estates. The parade includes township police, fire and road equipment, along with non-profit and business floats/vehicles. Santa and elected officials will also be in the parade.

The parade starts at Harbor Boulevard and South Hamilton Road and then proceeds down the following streets: Beachworth to Reinbeau to Graystone to Harbor, Beechton, Gunston, Fullerton, Clearwater, Harbor Tremaine, Sedalia to Latonia, Dunloe, Tuxworth, Sundale, to Latonia to Everson to Deforest to Arnsby to Negley, Sedalia to Middle School North.

The parade will make only one stop this year at Groveport Madison Middle School North on Sedalia Drive. In addition to greeting Santa and receiving a toy in the gym at the school, those attending can enjoy hot chocolate and cookies in the cafeteria.The Fire Prevention Bureau, along with several area groups will also have goodies to hand out. Santa will be at the school from approximately 2:15-3:30 p.m.
