Southeastern hosted West Jefferson in football action on Sept. 15. West Jefferson took the win, 40-20, in crossover Ohio Heritage Conference action. West Jefferson is undefeated with five victories and will host Mechanicsburg on Sept. 22. Southeastern is 3-2 and travels to Catholic Central on Sept. 22.

Buescher finished the game with 22 completions on 28 attempts and 235 yards with 2 touchdown passes.West Jefferson running back Braxton Vance finds a hole against the Trojan defense. Vance led all rushers with 142 yards on 24 carries and scored three touchdowns.West Jefferson receiver Mason Book follows his blockers on a 90-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. Book also had nine receptions for 96 yards and another touchdown.West Jefferson defenders Owen Corsey and Wyatt Keyt converge to make the tackle on Southeastern running back Eli Goodbar. Corsey finished the game with 11 tackles and Keyt led the defense with 13 tackles.
