This train station once stood on Depot Street in West Jefferson. The bridge in the distance crosses Little Darby Creek. The station served the Panhandle Railroad, which later was known as the Pennsylvania, Penn-Central, Conrail, and now Norfolk & Southern Railroad. This photo was taken around 1910.
