Relay For Life: Middle-of-the-night talent show


The first Madison County Relay for Life Talent Show is scheduled for the wee hours of the morning during this weekend’s Relay at West Jefferson High School.

The Relay for Life committee is looking for individuals of all ages with a talent to share with the community. Individuals or groups can sing, dance, perform magic, do comedy or share any other talent. The contest will run from 11:30 p.m. June 13 to 1 a.m. June 14.

Winners will be determined by the amount money they collect during their performances. The three performers with the most money at the end will be declared the winners. Participants are encouraged to bring their "fan clubs."
