Rangers successful at Booster Invitational

Hamilton Township Ranger senior Felix Prewitt gets the baton and some encouragement from fellow senior Enrique Carrion-Renteria, who ran the first leg of the 4x100m that earned the Rangers a third place finish, with the help of junior Zak Dawson and sophomore Nadir Langston. The rainy April 5 Booster Invitational was hosted by Hamilton Township and 11 schools took part in the event that saw the Ranger boys finish fourth. The girls team finished third.
Hamilton Township Ranger senior Halaya Woodson led the rest of the field by more than 50 feet when she threw a personal record of 134’-4” in the discus competition. She also took first place in Shot Put with a toss of 36’-8 1/2” when Hamilton Township hosted the rain soaked, Booster Invitational on April 5. Woodson helped the Lady Rangers to third place finish overall among the 11 schools participating and the boys team finished fourth.

Hamilton Township sophomore Nadir Langston led the way across the 39” high hurdles on his way to a first place finish in the 110m hurdle competition on April 5 in the Hamilton Township Booster Invitational.
Completing their third of four laps, Hamilton junior Kaylee Rose (left), and freshman Mylee Thompson took part in the 1600m run at the rain soaked Booster Invitational on April 5 in which Mylee finished seventh 7th and Kaylee finished eighth among the 14 runners.
