Madison-Plains Local Schools will celebrate the spirit of community with a flag-raising ceremony at 1 p.m. Nov. 11 in front of the elementary building.
The school district raised over $10,000 for a new flagpole on the Linson Road campus. The ceremony will commemorate the flag and the community’s support.
The event is open to the public. All veterans who live in the district and all Madison-Plains alumni who are veterans will receive special recognition for their service.
