Prairie Township opened up Fire Station 241 to kick off Fire Prevention Week with the 6th annual Food Truck and Fire Prevention Festival, which was held Oct. 8. Visitors were welcome to see the fire house, inspect and explore the equipment, meet and chat with their local firefighters, and enjoy some good food. This fire truck bouncy house was a fun addition for local kids who attended the festival.
This year’s Prairie Township Food Truck and Fire Prevention Festival featured food from Tia Rosy’s Mexican Kitchen, My Chick’N Bites, and The Galaxy Coffee.
