The 44th annual Arts in the Alley Music and Arts Festival may have kicked off in the evening on Sept. 15, but the official opening of the popular event happened the following morning when the community parade rolled through town. For more than an hour, more than 50 civic associations, community groups, marching bands, and festively adorned floats parade through the heart of downtown Grove City, filling the air with music and laughter, and bringing delight and tons of candy to the children and adults who lined the streets. Pictured here wowing the crowd with their precision are members of the Grove City High School marching band and color guard.
