Plain City collecting supplies for Logan County tornado survivors

The village of Plain City is collecting essential supplies in an effort to support the survivors of the tornado that hit the Indian Lake/Logan County area the night of March 14.

Donations are being accepted at the Plain City Municipal Building, 800 Village Blvd., through Thursday, March 21, with delivery to affected areas scheduled for Friday. (Delivery could occur earlier depending on the supplies collected).

Those interested in helping are asked to consider donating items such as tarps, flashlights, batteries, cleaning supplies, and non-perishable foods. Additionally, any monetary contributions will be directed to the United Way of Logan County, Ohio Tornado Relief Project.
