Runners take off at the start of the third annual Pi Day 5K at the Reynoldsburg High School Livingston Avenue campus on March 10. The Pi Day 5K gets its name from the mathematical transcendental number of 3.14, or Pi. The race is held by Reynoldsburg Schools’ (HS)2 and BELL Academies close to March 14 (3-14) each year to celebrate the number. The race also raises funds for student programming and activities as well as to help support area families in need.
