The Grove City Winter Lights festival brought many visitors downtown on Dec. 8 to celebrate the holidays. Among the twinkling lights, the event included caroling, a live reindeer, ice sculpting, a parade and a visit from Santa himself who had the honor of lighting the community Christmas tree.
