Photos: Tressels boys barely survive

Ohio State quarterback Todd Boeckman looks for a receiver, which he spent a lot of time doing, during the Sept. 5 match up with the Ohio University Bobcats. The Bobcats were successful at stopping the Buckeye offense, surprising the defense and leading on the scoreboard for three quarters before the Buckeyes pulled off a 26-14 win.

With a Horseshoe full of fans eager for something to cheer about, junior wide receiver Ray Small delivered in the fourth quarter when he took an Ohio University punt on the Ohio State 31 yard line. The volume in the Shoe increased with each of the 69 yards as he ran to his right and then back across the field and along the left sideline without any interruptions, and into the end zone to put the Buckeyes up 26-14 which would be how the Sept. 5 game with the OU Bobcats would finish.
Here Coach Jim Tressel sings Carmen Ohio, with his players, after the game.
