| Jackson Township firefighters, Local 2672 IAFF, hosted Safety Town 2008 June 12-13 and 16-20 at J. C. Sommer Elementary School in Grove City with morning and afternoon sessions for children entering kindergarten. Safety Town is designed to teach lessons on fire, playground, bus, stranger, bicycle, and poison safety while helping children adapt to the elementary school environment.
