OSU sophomore Brian Hartline coasts into the end zone after a record-breaking 90-yard punt return in the second quarter of Ohio State University’s Oct.13 matchup against Kent State. Hartline’s run was one of two huge plays that blew the game wide open. Later in the quarter, another sophomore, cornerback Donald Washington, picked off a Kent State pass and raced 70 yards to the end zone for his first college interception. The Buckeyes went on to claim a 48-3 victory leading to a No. 1 ranking in BCS polls.
