| The West Jefferson Community Association’s annual Halloween Contest was held Oct. 30 at Norwood Elementary. The winners received cash prizes and gift certificates to Steak-N-Shake. Each child in costume also received a bag of candy. The winners in the “Best Overall” category were: Keyaira Arrick, second; Travis Bumgardener and Shane Bumgardener, first; and Ryan King, third. |
