| The city of Grove City held it annual Winter Lights Christmas Celebration on Dec. 5 in the Town Center. The event offered pictures with Santa, Christmas carlos, a parade and a tree lighting. Above, 9-year-old Hailey Perdue, bundles up in front of the tree right after the lighting. Despite below freezing temperatures, hundreds flocked to the event. |
