| The day has gone to the dogs in Grove City. The Grove City Parks and Recreation put on the annual K-9 Carnival at Fryer Park on Sept. 28. Above, Sai, a 2-year-old black Labrador retriever mix gets a bath from members of Boy Scout Troop 136 in Grove City. Sai belongs to Andy Edwards of Grove City. The Scouts held the doggie bath to raise funds for the troop to go to camp. Hundreds of dogs and their owners turned out for the event.
