A community parade kicked off Arts in the Alley on Sept. 15. Above the Grove City High School marching band took to the streets of downtown Grove City for the annual event. The Central Crossing High School flag corps participated in the parade as did a clown volunteer who passes off some of her work to children and a face painter. |
