| Every little girl loves butterflies, but 3-year-old Abby Spada gets to be one, or at least until the helium goes out of the balloon butterfly wings. The wings were a creation of Dizzy Doc, who has been making balloon creatures for 15 years. Dizzy Doc was at the Grove City Family Fun Day on July 12 for two hours and was kept busy with all kinds of balloon animal requests. The event was held in conjunction with the Grove City Farmer’s Market and was held behind City Hall.
