| As the annual Arts in the Alley event moves closer, citizens of Grove City are invited to take a look into the past. There is an art exhibit in City Hall that features the entire collection of Mayor Easel Award winners that have been purchased by the city of Grove City during Arts in the Alley. Pictured above, is the 1998 easel winner of the Farmer’s Exchange, by Don Fusco. Those interested can view the exhibit in council chambers through Sept. 12.
