Fans ring cowbells and cheer on cyclists as they ride east on Bixby Road near Cruiser Park in Groveport on Aug. 4 during the 2018 Pelotonia bicycle tour. About 8,500 cyclists took part in Pelotonia, which has raised more than $15 million this year and more than $171 million in 10 years in funding for cancer research. The bicycle tour offered routes ranging from 25 to 200 miles.
Groveport’s Cruiser Park was a spot where cyclists could rest, get some food and drink, as well as have repairs made on their bikes. Pictured here is Ric Noland of Canal Winchester’s Cyclist Connection repairing a wheel for a cyclist.
