Do renewable energy needs ask too much of rural Americans? Projections for crop prices seem to change daily. What changes or challenges should we look forward to in 2024? What about land values and rental rates? These are all difficult questions to answer given that predicting the future is impossible. Based on their experience and research, university experts will do their best to answer these questions during the breakfast meeting.

Dr. Seungki Lee will examine what the grain markets are telling us and the price and return outlook for 2024. The morning will also feature a presentation from Barry Ward on examining land values, input costs, and new tax policy for the coming year. Additionally, Dr. Mark Partridge will address renewable energy needs and rural America.
