Plain City village council has a vacant seat. By the Ohio Revised Code, the remaining council members have the authority to fill the vacancy by appointing a qualified elector of the village.
To be eligible for consideration, applicants must have resided in the village for at least one year and be a registered voter.
Interested persons must fill out a form, available on the village website, www.plain-city.com, and provide a cover letter and resume by Oct. 13.
