Groveport City Parks Department workers recently planted 12 small Christmas trees in planters at the main intersections along Main Street to help brighten the holiday season. A Virtual Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony with Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Mayor Lance Westcamp will take place on Dec. 3 at 6:30 p.m. on Facebook Live at www.facebook.com/cityofgroveport. The event is not be open to the public due to social distancing restrictions. The video will be posted for those who cannot participate in the live stream.
