| Sedalia Elementary fifth grader Jordan Miller is the 2007-08 recipient of the eighth Michael Buckley Citizenship Award. The award is given to the fifth grader who best exemplifies the qualities of Michael Buckley, who served in the Groveport Madison school district for 27 years, including working as a counselor at Sedalia from 1996-98. Miller (right) is show here with Michael Buckley’s daughter, Danielle Spencer. The other finalists were Kara Crabtree, Alexis Miller, Kyle Wheeler, Sara Honeygosky, Abby Hughey, Alex Pack, Skylin Newman, Kyle Stover, Tara Taylor, Eli Marcum, Stacie Snyder, Brittany Hanson, and Kadayjha McMillan. |
