Tolles Career & Technical Center will host its first annual Car & Craft Show on Oct. 7, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. All proceeds go to support students and their activities in career-technical organizations, including FFA, SkillsUSA, Business Professionals of America (BPA), HOSA and FCCLA.
“We are excited to be hosting this event for our communities and to be raising these vital funds for students to develop employability and leadership skills that are afforded to them by being involved in career-technical student organizations,” said Connie Strebe, Tolles satellite director.
The event will feature food, music, a bake sale, door prizes and more. Admission is free.
More than 30 craft vendors featuring Lularoe, Pampered Chef, Jamberry, Scentsy and others have already registered. Product in the craft show will be available inside the school, while a car show will take place outside the building. The car show will feature various classes for judging, including trucks, modern muscle cars, vintage muscle cars, sports bikes, cars from across decades, and more. Registration is open for both the craft and car shows, respectively.
Vendor registration for the craft show is available for $25 (additional space is $15). Registration deadline for craft show vendors is Sept. 30. Car show entries are available for $10 per vehicle. Judging for the car show begins at 11 a.m. Oct. 7.
