| At the Thomas Worthington Preview of Champions Marching Band Competition on Oct. 13, the Groveport Madison High School Marching Band received the following awards: In Class AA: second place – Color Guard; first place – Field Commander (Nicole Chiles); first place -Percussion; first place – band. Overall: Best Music, Best General Effect, and Grand Champion. The band also qualified for state competition which will be held during the first weekend of November. |
