The London Strawberry Festival will take place June 23-25 on and around Main Street in downtown London.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Thursday, June 23
10:30 a.m.-noon—Contest registration and check-in at city council chambers, 6 E. Second St.: toy building, window/house/yard decorating, stories and poetry, coloring, art, photogenic, cake and cookie decorating
11 a.m.—Opening ceremony with National Anthem sung by William Smith and Paul Ericson; all vendors open
11:10 a.m.—Stage practice for Shortcakes, Little, Young, Junior and Miss pageant contestants
5-8 p.m.—Karaoke prelims
6 p.m.—Simba Jordan performs on main stage
6:20 p.m.—Shortcake, Little and Young Miss royalty contests on main stage
7 p.m.—Junior Miss and Queen contests on main stage, followed by announcement of Miss Photogenic winner
9 p.m.—Karaoke prelims at Ottie’s in Hilliard
10:30 p.m.—Festival closes
Friday, June 24
11 a.m.—Festival and all vendors open
1-6 p.m.—Red Cross blood drive
3-4:45 p.m.—Highway 40 performs
4:45-5:15 p.m.—Thunderfoot karate demonstration
5 p.m.—Strawberry cruise-in
5:15-6 p.m.—Cierra Bierbaugh sings
6-8 p.m.—Fiddlestix performs
7-8 p.m.—Strawberry food contest check-in at information booth
7:30 p.m.—Kiddie tractor pull at Huntington Bank, prizes awarded immediately and photos taken
7:30-9:30 p.m.—Karaoke finals on activities stage
8-8:15 p.m.—Food contest judging
8:30-10 p.m.—Posse band performs
11 p.m.—Festival closes
Saturday, June 25
9 a.m.—Baby contest on main stage with photos immediately following
9 a.m.—All vendors open
9 a.m.-3 p.m.—London AC COBRA car show at courthouse square
10 a.m.—5K at Roberts Pass bike path on Maple Street, register online
11 a.m.-4 p.m.—Ride special
Noon-2 p.m.—Second Chance Band
1:30-3:30 p.m.—Queens luncheon
3-5 p.m.—Through The Red performs
4 p.m.—Parade line-up at park
5 p.m.—Grand parade followed by festival introductions and crowning of the 2016 queen at the main stage; grand marshal recognized; contest and parade awards announced; karaoke winners perform at the end of the crowning
6 p.m.—Motorcycle show
8 p.m.—Smokin’ Ham band performs
9 p.m.—50/50 raffle winner announced
11 p.m.—Rides and festival closes
