‘Like Father, Like Son’ exhibit opens Sept. 5 at Gallery on High

Tony Reeder and his son, Cody, both born and raised in Mansfield, are the featured artists at Gallery on High in London in September.

Tony is a self-taught photography buff who moved to London in 2011. After taking a couple of drawing and stained-glass classes, he joined the London Visual Arts Guild. Excelling in both mediums, Tony soon became the LVAG secretary in 2012 and president in 2014-15.

Cody still resides in Mansfield, where he studied graphic arts and photography at North Central State College. He works for Buckeye Education Systems in Lexington as marketing director and specializes in catalogue layout and banner creation. He also trains educators to use tech equipment in art and STEM classes.

Their “Like Father, Like Son” art exhibit has something interesting for everyone to see. The opening reception is from 5 to 8 p.m. Sept. 5 and from 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 6.

The gallery is located at 5 E. High St., London. Regular hours are 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursdays and Sundays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays.
