Lightning delays game

Madison-Plains continued their drive to score a touchdown and take a 7-0 lead. The game was delayed with 1:07 left in the first quarter because of lightning. At 9 p.m., the decision was made to postpone the game and continue on Saturday night. West Jefferson won 22-7.
