The Central Crossing High School band and its boosters would like to extend our most sincere gratitude to the following individuals and businesses for sponsoring the fifth annual Cruise-in with the Comets Car Show.
The car show took place on July 4 at the high school during the day and concluded with the Grove City fireworks. Without the help, donations and support of these generous businesses, our car show would not have been a success. Thank you for your continued support of the band program: A Classic Touch Nails, Adavanced Auto, Auto Allies, Auto Plus, Auto Zone, Classic Restoration, Enhmanns Garden Center, Freshman Parents, Hatfield Volkswagon, Integrity Plus, Junior Parents, Kise Transmissions, Massenelli’s, NAPA, PODS, Sears Automotive – Westland, Senior Parents, Sophomore Parents, Strader’s Garden Center, Toyota West, and Wet Audio West.

Some questions regarding the propsed levy for the South-Western City School District:
Do we want the Westside to become another Northland? Do we want continued growth an prosperity in Grove City? Do we need more home sales and commercial occupancy? Do you have to drive to several stores a week for the best prices or travel far away for the best prescription deals?
As senoirs, we finally get a tax deduction. A year later, SWCS gets millions of dollars in windfalls. Coincidental? Never.
We residents have experienced tactics and maneuvers even President Bush would be proud of.
