On March 27, the London Kiwanis Club hosted a drive-through Easter giveaway at London High School.

The club, which is celebrating its 60-year anniversary, had hoped to bring back its annual egg hunt at Cowling Park. The hunt was cancelled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was cancelled again this year due to the ongoing pandemic and social distancing guidelines.

“Last year, we didn’t do anything at all which was sad,” said Stephanie Mack, club secretary. “This year, we reached out to the city, and they said we could do it with changes, and London High School was nice enough to let us have it here. Dairy Queen donated cards for a free ice cream, and our club donated the candy for the bags.”
