The Miami Valley Steam Threshers Association will hold its 70th Annual Show and Reunion July 18-21 at Pastime Park, 344-350 N. Chillicothe St., Plain City.

The event celebrates all sorts of old-fashioned engines. Daily activities and displays include steam engines, antique tractors, gas engines, a working shingle mill, sawmill and veneer mill, drag saw, threshing, baling, model engines, and a swap meet. Each year, the association chooses a different make to spotlight; this year’s pick is Oliver equipment.

Admission is $5 at the gate. Children 12 and younger are admitted free with an adult. On Thursday, visitors 55 and older are admitted for $2 until 2 p.m. An annual Steam Threshers membership is $20 and includes two show passes.

Gates are open 7 a.m.-9 p.m. July 18-20 and 8 a.m.-1 p.m. July 21.
