On May 24, students drove up to the track at the high school at assigned times to pick up their diplomas. Each student walked across the stage while their name was called. Their photo was displayed on the scoreboard. A professional photographer got shots of each student as they received their diploma, at the brick “A”, and at the car with their families. Parents were permitted to take photos, as well. Superintendent Gary Chapman and school board members arrived in shifts to keep numbers down. Other high school staff were on the grounds to direct traffic.
