Jefferson Township Fire Department held a tree dedication at Station 251 in memory of Brad Haynes who lost his life on Jan. 29, 2019, in a helicopter crash while working as a flight nurse for Survival Flight. Pilot Jennifer Topper and flight nurse Rachel Cunningham also died in the crash. On hand for the ceremony were members of the Jefferson Township Fire Department, family, friends, former fire chiefs, and members of other first-responder agencies.
