Canal Winchester’s B.J. Mullens slams it in for two of his team leading 19 points in the Indians’ 63-51 basketball victory over Buckeye Valley before a capacity crowd at the Fairgrounds Coliseum on Feb. 29. In addition to his 19 points, Mullens also nabbed 26 rebounds. Also scoring in double figures for the Indians were Remon Nelson with 17 points and Darian Cartharn with 12. With the win Canal Winchester (21-2) was crowned Division II Central District champions. The Indians were slated to play St. Paris Graham in regional play on March 6 at Wright State University.
